How Wivit works

Three steps to set up, then the app gets out of the way.

    Create your Space

    Sign in with Apple and open a private Space for the two of you. There is no username to pick, no profile to fill in, and no feed to tune.

  2. 2

    Invite your partner

    Generate an invitation code and send it over. Codes are single-use and expire after seven days, so an old message can never let anyone else in.

  3. 3

    Add as life happens

    A photo from the market, a note about the apartment, a dinner to book. Everything either of you adds lands on the same timeline, in order.

Is Wivit a chat app?
No. There is no inbox and no read receipts, so nothing is waiting to be answered. Wivit is a timeline you both write to, which makes it about what you keep rather than how quickly you reply.
Who can see our Space?
Only the two of you. We never sell personal data, and you can export everything as JSON or delete your account from Settings whenever you want.
What does Wivit cost?
Wivit is a subscription through the App Store, with monthly and yearly plans. One subscription covers the whole Space, so your partner joins at no extra cost.
