Delete your account

In the app

Open Wivit → Settings → Delete Account. Your request enters a 14-day grace period during which you may cancel the deletion.

After the grace period, your personal information is permanently removed and your account cannot be recovered.

Cannot access the app?

Email privacy@wivit.app from the email address associated with your Apple ID. We verify your identity and process deletion within 30 days.

Shared content

Content you shared in a Space with your partner remains as shared history. Your name is replaced with "Deleted User" after deletion completes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscription

Deleting your Wivit account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. Manage or cancel separately in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.

Export before you go

You can download a copy of your data from Settings → Download My Data before deleting your account.
